The Office of the Member of Parliament for Madina, Dr Francis-Xavier Sosu, has assured the public that the Honourable Member is doing well and has received the necessary medical attention following an incident during a speech at GIMPA.
In a press release dated 24 September 2026, the Office noted reports, videos and other content circulating on social media concerning the incident.
It expressed appreciation for the concern, goodwill, prayers and numerous messages of support received following the incident.
The Office urged the public to remain calm and to avoid relying on unverified reports or speculation circulating on social media.
Further information will be communicated through the Office’s official channels as and when necessary.
