The District Chief Executive for Twifo Atti-Morkwa, Hon. Isaac Yawson, has warned students of Twifo Praso Senior High School against using mobile phones on campus.
He cautioned both first- and second-year students that excessive use of mobile phones could distract them from their studies and negatively affect the image of the school.
According to him, incidents involving students using mobile phones on campus have sometimes resulted in Twifo Praso SHS being mentioned in the media, which he described as unfortunate and damaging to the school’s reputation.
Hon. Isaac Yawson urged the students to remain focused on their education and adhere to the rules and regulations of the school.
He made the remarks during an orientation programme organised for first-year students of Twifo Praso SHS.
