Two Injured as Chieftaincy Dispute Sparks Clash at Gomoa Nyanyano

Two people have sustained injuries following a violent clash between rival factions over a chieftaincy dispute at Gomoa Nyanyano in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.

The incident reportedly occurred in front of the Gomoa Nyanyano Chief’s Palace, where tensions between the two sides escalated into open confrontation.

In response to the disturbance, personnel from the Central East Regional Police Command have taken control of the Gomoa Nyanyano township to restore calm and prevent further violence.
