A fatal road accident on the Oda–Oda Nkwanta road has claimed the life of Kofi Nti, a personal aide to the Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda, Alexander Akwasi Acquah.
According to reports, the accident occurred during monitoring activities for the ongoing NPP polling station elections. Kofi Nti and the driver of an NPP pickup vehicle with registration number GT 2639-24 were travelling in the area when their vehicle was involved in a head-on collision with another car.
The tragic incident reportedly left three other persons in critical condition and receiving treatment at the hospital.
The news has sparked grief among residents, party supporters and sympathizers, with many expressing condolences to the family of the deceased, the MP, and especially Kofi Nti’s wife and children.
