Police have arrested 10 men after a viral video showed two young women being abused in Dawuranpong. The suspects were caught by the Inspector-General of Police’s (IGP) Special Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team.
Three of the men directly harmed the women by cutting their scalps with a sharp razor. They are:
Eric Donkor (@ Killer Block), 32 years old
Yaw Gyimah, 29 years old
Edmond Nartey, 24 years old
Another suspect, Tawiah (@ Awaga), who was seen cutting one woman’s scalp, is still on the run.
The other seven arrested suspects helped in the crime. They are:
Steven Amu, 24 years
Farouk Balas, 18 years
Mensah Bernard, 18 years
Adu Baggeo, 23 years
Bismark Nyarko, 30 years
Akwesi Poku George, 18 years
Oteng Alfred, 23 years
The police are working to support the victims and bring all suspects to justice.
