NSA Releases PIN Codes for 2026/2027 Private Candidates, Defaulters and Foreign-Trained Graduates
The Management of the National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the release of PIN Codes for qualified applicants for the 2026/2027 national service year.
In a statement dated 28 September 2026, the Authority informed the general public, particularly eligible Ghanaians who previously defaulted or were unable to undertake their mandatory national service, as well as foreign-trained graduates and private candidates, that PIN Codes have been released following the registration, payment, verification and approval processes.
The Authority recorded the following status:
Total Applications: 7,794
Pending Payment: 3,072
Paid: 4,722
Pending Approvals: 1,558
Approved: 3,129
Rejected: 35
Applicants whose applications have been successfully approved are encouraged to check their National Service PIN Codes and proceed with the necessary steps to complete their national service enrolment within the timelines communicated by the Authority.
Applicants are reminded to carefully verify the personal information associated with their PIN Codes and ensure that all details are accurate. Any applicant who encounters discrepancies or issues with their registration should contact the appropriate National Service Authority office for assistance.
The National Service Authority further reminds all eligible Ghanaian graduates that national service remains an important statutory obligation. All persons issued PIN Codes are therefore urged to comply fully with the requirements and timelines communicated by the Authority to facilitate a smooth enrolment and deployment process.
