The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has directed allottees of shops at the KMA Building Project at Asafo VIP, opposite the ABSA Bank, to submit their allocation documents and evidence of rent payment as a matter of urgency.
In a public notice dated August 17, 2026, the Assembly said the documents must be submitted to the Subin Sub-Metro Office, located opposite Vienna Hotel, or the Estate Unit at the KMA Main Office in Adum on or before Monday, August 31, 2026.
The KMA stated that the exercise is being undertaken in the best interest of all allottees.
It warned that any allottee with valid documents who fails to comply with the notice will forfeit their allocation.
The Assembly urged all allottees to treat the public notice with the seriousness it deserves.
