31-Year-Old Dies Performing Motorcycle Stunts During Funeral Procession in Suhum

 

Residents of Suhum have been left in shock following the tragic death of 31-year-old Addo Naphtali in a motorcycle accident at Ali in the Suhum Municipality.

 

According to reports, the incident occurred while Naphtali and a group of friends were heading to Gojiase for the burial of a colleague.

 

Witnesses said the deceased was performing dangerous motorcycle stunts, locally known as “Adaga,” along the Suhum–Ali road as part of activities surrounding the funeral procession when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed.

 

The impact of the accident was reportedly severe, leading to his instant death.

 

His body has been deposited at the Suhum Government Hospital morgue pending further procedures.

 

The tragedy has plunged the community into mourning, with family members, friends, and residents expressing grief over the sudden loss.

 

Among those reportedly devastated by the incident is Nana Hemaa Amaasi, who is said to have broken down in tears after learning of the young man’s death.

 

Police are expected to continue investigations into the circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
