Swedru All Blacks Appoint Kassim Mingle as New Head Coach

Ghana Premier League side Swedru All Blacks have confirmed the appointment of Kassim Mingle as their new head coach on a short-term deal running until the end of the 2025/26 season.
The move comes after the newly promoted club mutually parted ways with former coach Ahmed Fathi and video analyst Mohammed Adily, with the club citing health-related reasons for the departures.
Mingle, who previously managed Nations FC, takes charge with the immediate task of steering All Blacks to safety in the top flight.
In an official statement, the club described Mingle as bringing “a wealth of experience, strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in Ghanaian football.”
They further highlighted his “discipline, player development skills, and winning mentality” as key factors behind the decision.
All Blacks currently occupy 11th position on the Premier League table with 24 points from 20 matches. They are also still alive in the MTN FA Cup, having reached the round of 16.
Mingle’s first assignment will be a tough away fixture against Bibiani GoldStars at Dun’s Park on Sunday, February 1, 2026, in Matchday 21 of the league.
The appointment signals All Blacks’ determination to consolidate their place in the Premier League after earning promotion ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. Fans will be hoping the experienced gaffer can quickly turn around results and guide the club away from any relegation concerns.
