Rising Musician Arrested for Murder After Axe Attack Over Electricity Meter Dispute

A promising young musician has been arrested in connection with the fatal axe attack that claimed the life of a 30-year-old bartender during a heated argument over an electricity meter in Mpatuam.
The victim, Nana Yaw, reportedly confronted Akwasi Gyamfi, known in music circles as Sly Doe, after accusing him of tampering with and switching off his electricity meter. The disagreement quickly escalated into a violent confrontation.
According to police and community sources, Sly Doe allegedly attacked Nana Yaw with an axe during the altercation. The bartender suffered severe injuries and died shortly after the assault.
