Nasty C Picks Black Sherif, Kwesi Arthur, and Vic Mensa as Top 3 Ghanaian Rappers

South African rapper Nasty C has named his favorite Ghanaian rappers. Black Sherif is number one on his list.
He picked Kwesi Arthur as number two. At number three, he chose American-based Ghanaian rapper Vic Mensa. He also mentioned Shatta Wale.
Nasty C shared this during an interview on Joy Prime’s Changes with Roselyn Felli. The host asked him to name his top three Ghanaian rappers.
“Right now, Black Sherif is number 1. His music really speaks to me. Number two is Kwesi Arthur. For number three, I’ll say Vic Mensa—between him and Wale,” he said.
When asked why Sarkodie was not in the top three, Nasty C said Sarkodie is in his top five, but not the top three right now.
“He’s definitely in my top five, but not top three at the moment,” he added.
Nasty C also spoke about his 2022 issue with Sarkodie. He said it was a misunderstanding.
“Things got lost in translation. I don’t know if he misunderstood or someone told him the wrong thing. His response to my song was a bit strong,” he explained.
He said he is ready to fix things and make peace with Sarkodie.
