Mother of ‘Doomsday Prophet’ Ebo Noah Pleads for Forgiveness from Asantehene, IGP, McBrown, and Public

The mother of controversial content creator and self-proclaimed prophet Ebo Noah has made an emotional public appeal for mercy, urging the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, actress Nana Ama McBrown, and Ghanaians at large to forgive her son after his remand into custody.
Ebo Noah was arrested and charged with publishing false news following a viral social media prophecy claiming the world would end on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, via a massive global flood that would devastate humanity.
The alarming prediction triggered widespread panic and heated online discussions, but Christmas passed uneventfully.
Compounding the backlash, Ebo Noah was filmed enjoying himself at Sarkodie’s Rapperholic Concert at the Accra International Conference Centre on the very day he prophesied doom, dancing and partying amid the festivities—an act that drew sharp ridicule and accusations of deceit.
Remanded by an Adentan Circuit Court, the case has polarized public opinion. Critics demand strict accountability for spreading fear and misinformation, while supporters argue for leniency, emphasizing freedom of expression and the absence of physical harm.
The mother’s plea highlights familial distress amid the saga, seeking compassion from influential figures to intervene or advocate forgiveness. No immediate responses from the named personalities have been reported, as the legal process continues.
