Joan Laporta Wins FC Barcelona Presidential Election with Over 68% of Votes

Joan Laporta has been elected president of FC Barcelona after securing a decisive victory in the club’s presidential elections.
According to the final results, Laporta received 32,934 votes, representing 68.18% of the total votes cast by club members.
His closest challenger, Víctor Font, finished second with 14,385 votes, accounting for 29.78% of the ballots.
The election also recorded 984 blank votes, representing 2.04%, while 177 votes were declared invalid.
Laporta’s victory gives him a strong mandate from FC Barcelona members as he begins another term leading the Spanish football giants.
