GNFS Rescues 16 Passengers in Pre-Dawn Crash at Adansi Kyeaboso

In a swift response, the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) rescued 16 passengers involved in a pre-dawn accident at Adansi Kyeaboso, Ashanti Region, on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 4:16 a.m.
The incident involved a Toyota Hiace (GT 1910-14) traveling from Takoradi to Kumasi. The Fomena Fire Station rescue team arrived within four minutes, successfully extricating all injured passengers and transporting them to St. Bennito Hospital in Adansi Dompoase for treatment.
The GNFS praised the rescue crew for their prompt and life-saving efforts. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
