Ghana to Host 23rd International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa (ICASA) in 2025
Accra to Welcome Thousands of Delegates for Landmark AIDS Conference
Ghana has been selected as the host country for the 23rd International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa (ICASA), scheduled to take place from December 3-8, 2025, at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The Society for AIDS in Africa (SAA) announced Ghana’s selection, praising the country’s strong government support and commitment to hosting the conference.
ICASA 2025 will bring together global leaders, researchers, advocates, and healthcare professionals to tackle pressing issues such as:
– HIV/AIDS
– STIs
– Hepatitis
– Malaria
– TB
– Emerging viral infections
– Strengthening Africa’s health systems
With over 8,000 delegates expected from 105 countries, ICASA 2025 promises to be a pivotal moment in advancing Africa’s health systems and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
