Firefighters managed to save the main body of a vehicle after a fire destroyed all four of its rear tyres, with property valued at GH¢100,000 salvaged.
The Ghana National Fire Service received a distress call at 4:22 a.m. and dispatched a fire appliance at 4:27 a.m. Firefighters arrived at the scene at 4:44 a.m., brought the blaze under control at 5:00 a.m., and extinguished it completely at 5:10 a.m.
No fatalities were recorded, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
