Education Minister Begs CETAG to End Strike: Issues Fixed in 2 Weeks

Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu has asked the College of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) to stop their strike. He promises to fix their problems within two weeks.
CETAG is on strike over unpaid allowances and other issues. This has affected teaching in colleges.
Iddrisu said the government is working hard to solve the concerns. He wants talks to continue without the strike.
“We will resolve your issues within two weeks. Please call off the strike,” he urged.
CETAG has not replied yet. They want action on their demands first.
This comes as the government tries to improve education. Related news includes plans for free textbooks and ethical AI in schools.
