Driver’s wives lament impact of economic hardship on husbands’ sexual performance
A group of driver’s wives has voiced their frustrations about how the current economic hardship has negatively impacted their marriages, particularly their husbands’ sexual performance.
The group attributed their husbands’ dwindling energy and lack of intimacy to the rising cost of living, including soaring fuel prices and the high cost of vehicle spare parts.
They believe these factors have left their spouses overburdened, stressed, and unable to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Speaking to 7DSTVGH TV NEWS, Odehye Kwaku Asiedu, the Driver’s wives expressed their frustrations, stating that their husbands spend long hours working to make ends meet, only to bring home little pay. This situation has affected both their health and intimacy in the bedroom.
The wives further explained that these challenges are straining their marriages and overall family well-being.
They mentioned that their husbands had convinced them to vote for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the past, hoping for improvement instead, they feel that their situation has worsened.
As a result, the women have decided to support John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming election, feeling let down by the current government.
They urged Ghanaians to prioritize leadership that will address the country’s economic challenges, emphasizing the need for change to improve their lives and their families’ livelihoods.
Their appeal comes amid growing discontent among citizens regarding the rising cost of living, with many calling for immediate policy changes to alleviate the economic burden.
