Ghana’s Black Starlets will take on Mali U-17 on Saturday in their final international friendly ahead of the 2026 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The match will be played in Mohammadia at 16:00 GMT, as both sides continue preparations for the continental tournament.
The friendly is expected to give head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum and his technical team one last chance to assess player fitness, test tactical approaches, and finalize squad plans before the competition begins.
The Black Starlets previously played two warm-up matches against Ivory Coast’s Young Elephants during a training tour in Côte d’Ivoire, losing the first game before responding with an impressive 4-0 victory in the second encounter.
