A respected man of God, APOSTLE OKOH AGYEMANG LEADER AND FOUNDER OF THE LIVING YAHWEH 7TH DAY SABBATH ASSEMBLES GLOBAL, has made a passionate appeal to President John Dramani Mahama to urgently address the deplorable state of the Bogoso–Pristia–Kotukrum, Nsuaem Babinai ,  and Mmhamakrom ( which leads to River Ankobra) road in the Western Region.

The appeal was made during one of his crusades after he visited Pristia, a community in the region, where he witnessed firsthand the poor condition of the road network.

According to Apostle Okoh Agyemang, the road has been in a deteriorated state for approximately 14 years, causing severe hardship for residents of Bogoso, Pristia, and Kotukrum. He noted that the situation has negatively affected transportation, local businesses, and access to essential services.

Also the situation has affected the network coverage of these areas making phone calls and Internet usage poor and unstable

In his plea, he called on President Mahama and the Minister for Roads and Highways to prioritise the rehabilitation of the road to ease the suffering of the affected communities.

“The road is in a very bad state,” he stressed, urging immediate government intervention.

The appeal underscores ongoing concerns about infrastructure deficits in parts of rural Ghana, particularly road networks that serve as critical links for economic and social activities.

Residents in the area are hopeful that the call will prompt swift action to improve the condition of the road and restore smooth transportation within the affected communities.
