Anyaa-Sowutuom Transformation: NDC Sets Record Straight on Achievements
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency has clarified its achievements in government. Despite the NPP government’s abandonment of certain projects, the NDC is proud of its accomplishments in the health sector in the constituency and is committed to providing quality healthcare for its constituents.
Some of the completed projects highlighted by the party include the Anyaa Polyclinic, which offers accessible healthcare services to the community.
During a press briefing, the constituency communication officer, Mawuli Kpodo, listed the rented facilities for CHIPS compounds at Taborah and Anyaa Palas town, demonstrating the party’s efforts to ensure that healthcare services reach all corners of the constituency.
Regarding education, Mr. Mawuli explained that the party constructed a 4-storey, 37-unit classroom block with two offices and ancillary facilities at Ablekuma curve St. Justin Anglican Primary and JHS, as well as a 2-storey, 10-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Odorgonnor.
Additionally, the party provided a computer laboratory and head teacher’s office at Awoshie behind Apostle Safo School.
The communication officer also highlighted other achievements made by the party during the NDC’s time in office, especially in the areas of roads and drains at Awoshie to Pokuase, inner roads within Lomnava, Anyaa East and West, Awoshie, and the Sowutuom electoral area.
He emphasized that the NDC is committed to the people of Anyaa-Sowutuom and will continue to work towards a brighter future for all.
