Accra Hearts of Oak, one of the most successful football clubs in Ghana, has finally taken delivery of its ultra-modern commercial centre, a feat in the infrastructural development for the club.
Present at the handing-over ceremony on July 30, 2024, were some distinguished guests, including Togbe Afede XIV, Vincent Sowah Odotei, and Akwasi Agyemang. According to Togbe Afede XIV, the new asset was something to be highly proud of, since the club was committed to building a strong infrastructural base.
The commercial centre is part of the strategic plan of the club to make it competitive globally. Though furnishing is yet to be completed, the club has started using the facility. The latest development is a step in the right direction for Hearts of Oak, who are also planning for the new season, as they look to strengthen their team following last season’s narrow escape from relegation.
These infrastructure developments are considered very important by the club in its growth in competition at both local and international football.
